Mind/Body Tools that Tap What Your Body Knows!

Description:

Join us in exploring mind/body tools that amplify your body’s internal guidance on improving health and wellbeing.

Beginning with online self-study videos and handouts, try a range of body-listening techniques (including a number of ‘muscle-testing’ versions) at home so you can quickly find an approach that works for you.  We focus on how our bodies react to known ideas, then hold food samples to experience how body feedback varies in response to other foods/ideas.  Then schedule your individual Zoom check-in and coaching session so we confirm that muscle testing is working for you before joining with the larger group to compare notes and expand our skills with self-assessment and alignment tools.

In our group sessions we begin to apply our body-listening skills to a real life issue you would like to shift.  We’ll learn one alignment approach used to release disabling emotions and another used to instill enabling (subconscious) beliefs.

This introductory course supports participants in developing an interactive relationship with their own internal guidance.  With this foundation participants can

  •  recognize thoughts, activities or even foods that our bodies may be suggesting for reconsideration
  •  identify blocks or sabotaging dynamics interfering with progress towards goals
  •  clarify what our body senses we need to move forward 

As one aligns reflexes with goals, all sorts of physical and emotional dynamics shift in positive directions.  With these approaches clients have obtained ideal weight, released physical pain, relieved chronic symptoms and conditions, reduced sensitivities and improved their lives and relationships.

This workshop is appropriate for individuals learning to address health and life challenges as well as therapists and practitioners expanding their complementary approaches.

Next Course Dates:  TBD.  Doors open for the self-study component starting about a week in advance  with individual Zoom check-ins, then we join together for 3 live group Zoom workshop classes & follow up with 2 live Zoom group practice sessions  

Details:

This workshop begins with self-paced video modules and handouts in which participants learn and begin to apply body listening skills in their own homes, followed by an individual zoom check-in/coaching session with Nina.  Next are three live, Zoom group workshop sessions for 1.5 hrs each learning self-alignment skills and putting it all together for your own use.  We will make a recording of each session available for those who can’t join us live.

After participants have had time to work on their own, we’ll hold two live follow-up practice sessions (included).  These highly interactive sessions run up to an hour and a half (optionally longer), depending on number of questions.  Specific live Zoom session topics and dates are:
